  • At least two virtual sessions; one at booking and one before labor (2- 4 hours)

    • creating a birth plan

    • discussing and practicing comfort measures

    • creating and reviewing questions for doctor/midwife/medical team

    • and/or childbirth education with time to discuss concerns

  • Continued support via text/phone/email around pregnancy related questions and concerns

Payment Information

The sliding scale fee for the birth education and postnatal support packages is $100 per $10,000 of household income. For example, if your annual household income is $75,000, then your fee would be $750. Each package covers 4-8hours of education and support. The minimum fee is $200 and the maximum is $1,200. Education can also be done for hourly fee if you aren’t interested in packages, hourly rate ranges from $20-$120 per hour.

All services are based upon a sliding scale, unless the client does not wish to pay according to income. If that is the case, then the fee for a standard birth education and postnatal support package is $800.

Scholarships are also available upon request.
