At least one in-person home visit or virtual session within the first two weeks after birth (2-4 hours)
Space for you to process the birth experience and ask questions
As needed (also available at an hourly rate):
breast/chest feeding support
newborn care
meal support
light housekeeping
Referrals to other support services:
pelvic floor physical therapy
lactation consultants
placenta encapsulation, etc.

Payment Information
The sliding scale fee for the birth education and postnatal support packages is $100 per $10,000 of household income. For example, if your annual household income is $75,000, then your fee would be $750. Each package covers 4-8hours of education and support. The minimum fee is $200 and the maximum is $1,200. Postnatal support can also be provided with hourly rate range of $20-$120 an hour.
All services are based upon a sliding scale, unless the client does not wish to pay according to income. If that is the case, then the fee for a standard birth education and postnatal support package is $800.
Scholarships are also available upon request.
